由科技部和上海市政府共同主办的2023浦江创新论坛9月9日至11日在上海举办，本届论坛主题为“开放的创新生态：创新与全球链接”。

The 2023 Pujiang Innovation Forum was opened on Sunday in Shanghai.The forum, which is themed "Open Innovation Ecosystem: Innovation for Global Connectivity", is cosponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai municipal government, and runs through Monday.

中国将坚定奉行互利共赢的开放战略，不断加大高水平对外开放力度，持续以更加开放的思维和举措推进国际科技交流合作，建设具有全球竞争力的开放创新生态，同各国携手打造开放、公平、公正、非歧视的科技发展环境。希望浦江创新论坛坚持以创新为主题，启迪创新思想、传播创新理念、激励创新精神，为推进国际科技合作、增进人类共同福祉作出新的贡献。
